However, Dasarang Co., Ltd. has been fermenting hamcho for more than 10 years and using it in reinforced Jeju, hamcho salt, hamcho seaweed, and hamcho kimchi, and has been steadily well received by consumers.

How to take?

01. If you only consume Hamweed Balance

■ Consume 1 packet of Hamweed Balance with 70ml or more of water 2~3 times a day before meals.

02. When consumed with fermented seaweed broth

■ Consume 1 packet of Hamcho Balance with 70ml or more of water 1~2 times a day before meals.
■ Hamcho fermentation liquid (Hamcho Miin, Hamcho Artisan) is consumed 15ml~30ml once in the enclosed measuring cup 1~2 hours before going to bed.

03. How to Consume Hamweed Balance Effectively

■ When eating seaweed, it is better to drink plenty of water so that it can be discharged smoothly.
■ It is best to eat in the morning on an empty stomach and after cardio.
